Private sessions

Pilates Private Sessions are a one-to-one session just for you.

These sessions will offer more targeted fitness benefits, using the Pilates apparatus. You will progress faster and gain better technique in the Pilates method.

 

Initial fitness assessment

Before you start pilates an initial fitness assessment is required.

The private one-to-one session teaches the basic Pilates principles and exercises.

We assess your medical history and current health. Personal limitations dictate which exercises are best suited to your health and any medical condition or injury you may have. 

Following the assessment we can decide whether group classes or private tuition is preferable.
